• Review all generated RAMS documents for accuracy and completeness before use on site
• Verify compliance with current Irish Health & Safety legislation and regulations
• Ensure the RAMS reflects your specific site conditions and hazards
• Consult a qualified H&S professional if you are unsure about any section
• Update the RAMS immediately if site conditions, scope, or personnel change
• Assume full responsibility for how you use the generated documents

3. Input Accuracy

The quality and accuracy of generated RAMS documents depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. SafetyCheck Pro cannot identify incomplete or inaccurate inputs. You are responsible for ensuring all information entered is correct and comprehensive.

4. No Warranties

SafetyCheck Pro is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Accuracy or completeness of generated documents
• Compliance with applicable laws or regulations
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

5. Limitation of Liability

SafetyCheck Pro, its creators, and its service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Site shutdowns or work stoppages
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Regulatory fines or penalties
• Reputational damage
• Personal injury or death
• Errors or omissions in generated documents

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified Health & Safety professional before deploying any RAMS on site, particularly for:

• High-risk activities or novel hazards
• Complex multi-disciplinary projects
• Projects involving confined spaces, heights, or excavations
• Projects requiring specialist certifications or permits
• Any situation where you are uncertain about the generated content

7. Regulatory Compliance

SafetyCheck Pro is designed to assist with RAMS generation under Irish Health & Safety legislation, including the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2015. However, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. SafetyCheck Pro does not guarantee compliance.

All RAMS documents and supporting information you provide are stored securely. By using SafetyCheck Pro, you consent to the storage and processing of this data for the purpose of generating RAMS documents and improving the service.
